That is to say I didn't make it out of the house to the screening of Doctor Strange that I'd bought tickets for because I was sleeping (that's what I get for buying tickets for a 9am showing on a Saturday) -- not that I made it to the theater and then was so bored by the movie I slept through it. And the rest of my weekend was so jam-packed with other stuff I didn't have time to make up for that, so no Doctor Strange for me, just yet. Probably this upcoming weekend. But if anybody wants to share their general opinion (no spoilers please) in the comments, go ahead!

But I did go to MoMA and see GEORGE FUCKIN' ROMERO in person, so I don't feel bad about what I did or didn't do this past weekend. They screened the 4K restoration of Night of the Living Dead with him there -- the whole time! I could see the back of his head watching the movie the whole time! (He is very very tall) -- that's him alongside Russell Streiner and Bill Cardille in the picture I took after the screening above. (Here's another picture.)
