A couple of weeks ago our banner here on the site was a picture of the actors Jeroen Krabbé and Thom Hoffman getting sexy with each other (or sleazy, at the very least) in Paul Verhoeven's 1983 film The 4th Man - we'd just re-watched the film for the first time in a long time thanks to the Verhoeven retrospective at FSLC and so it was fresh on our minds (and other parts). Anyway I see this morning that Jeroen Krabbé, who's still going strong acting-wise today, is celebrating his birthday - he is 72! So we made a couple of quick n' dirty gifs from The 4th Man to celebrate alongside him, including the scene where he, in the words of one reviewer I read, "Porky-Pigs it" which is probably my new favorite verb. Oh and there are shelves, glorious shelves, too, so let'shit the jump...
