The movie called
Lady Macbeth is finally out in US theaters today (watch the trailer
here) after building buzz on the back of its leading lady Florence Pugh and her striking performance since premiering in Toronto in 2016. She's very good, and the movie's beautiful to look at. For my own part I personally have been trying to figure out for several weeks who it is that co-star
Cosmo Jarvis reminds me of.
But I haven't been able to put my finger on it. Maybe you can figure it out? And then maybe we can put our fingers on Cosmo Jarvis together! Hooray! Anyway Cosmo was born in New Jersey but moved to England as a child; he's had a music career for a decade now (you can see a pair of his videos deep down below) but
Lady Macbeth marks his first real movie role... well besides a movie he made himself in 2012 called
The Naughty Room that is up on YouTube.

I haven't watched that. But he's good in
LM though, and really quite striking. I just wish I could figure out who it is he's striking me
of. Oh well. Until then let's
