The new film from the director of Blue is the Warmest Color (it's called, pretentiously, Mektoub, My Love: Canto Uno) premiered at Venice this week (see a mention of this on the Tumblr as well) and I was talking to an MNPP reader yesterday who shall remain nameless (you know who you are!) who saw it and he told me that we've got some good gratuitous Salim Kechiouche coming our way, which is always a delight - you may recall that Salim was also in BITWC giving that lesbian romp a surprisingly hefty dose of dickage; here's a post we did at the time.
But hell he's been called on his entire career, all the way back to at least that long lingering shower he took for Francois Ozon in 1999's Criminal Lovers (see below) for such things, so it's good to see he's still up to old tricks here twenty years later.
