The lady who lives inside my telephone is weird - every week I ask her for a random number between 1 and 100 but she's always picking ones right next to each other. So when we started this series in June we did 1977 and 1975 right on top of each other, and here we are only a few weeks in and we're following up last week's 1959 now with 1957. Oh well - the Late 50s it is. It's a weird time for movies, the late 1950s - not really my favorite time at all.

I mean you'd think I'd at least have a Hitchcock film to latch onto but no, he did two films (The Wrong Man and The Man Who Knew Too Much remake) in 1956 and then took a break until Vertigo came out in 1958. So what did I come up with? Oh I came up with some mighty good stuff anyway.
