Teresa Wright was born 98 years ago today. I know she was a big star in her day - she was my grandmother's favorite actress - but I'm really only familiar with her via this Hitchcock movie. Have you seen it? It really is one of his best; it was actually Hitch's favorite movie of his own. As for her other work I have seen a few (Casanova Brown and Mrs. Miniver, for instance) but it's been a long time. I do love that she played the older woman to Marlon Brando in his first film The Men, though. Go get him, girl.
